The nightmare of the Yamada in the hospital is coming to an end - but it is too early to rejoice. In front of him appears the last team of nurses, ready to take it into circulation: an impressive and athletic nurse Otsuka-chan and an eccentric, loud doctor Amamia, obsessed with scientific experiments. Under the strict leadership of Dr. Amamia Otsuka-chan, he carefully performs the procedure for collecting seeds and samples of Yamada. But because of her inexperience, she fails. Having lost patience, Dr. Amamiy decides to apply his secret technique in order to achieve a result. After the analysis of the Amamy sample, inspired by the detection of an previously unknown disease, drags Yamada into his laboratory. Together with Otsuka-chan, she plans to collect even more samples. For Yamada, this nightmare seems to never end!
