Hamerder"s supreme command, concerned about the constant exploits of Lilustear, plans to destroy it at all costs. To do this, they decide to send an extremely strong monster against her. The Monster Raish appears in the park during the day and tries to kidnap several civilians, but Lilustar manages to stop him in time.
